Photowalk 1 – at the Barrie Lake

Soon this snowy weather will be over. The news is, they are advising the people to refrain doing all their stuff at the lake because the ice is thinning due to warm weather we experience to these days.

We are back to walking by the boardwalk instead.

Can you see how she hates the freezing weather? She enjoyed it at first, she likes sniffing through the ice. Sometimes she stopped, sometimes she ran… And sometimes she will turn and wants to follow some joggers instead, it’s a good thing that she was on a leash, or else I had to run after her. Going back to the truck was hard as she doesn’t want to walk anymore. She’s a spoiled little brat.

There is something in this shot that you would not like. I don’t care. There is a lot of noise going on but I find it beautiful.
It is hard to take a picture while my other hand was holding a puppy that is if you want to hear a justification. But overall, I still find it pretty.

45/365 Barrie Lake

Today before hearing mass (finally) and before doing some shopping, we went for a walk down the lake. It was my first time to walk in the ice covered lake in my three years here in Canada.
Kids were playing hockey, father and son were chasing in the snow, some guys were skiing and the other were busy ice fishing, watching them enjoying in the snow was terrific.
And the fact that I was walking at the lake is amazing.
