After having an interesting tête-à-tête on correct grammar usage (inspired by my previous post of course) last friday afternoon a friend opened up an impeachment topic which is atypical to our usual subject whenever we have a gmail chat. I thought he knew my stand with this matter since he read my blog from time to time and I remember I had posted my opinion several times but maybe I was wrong. Here is the excerpt (I didn’t ask his permission to post it but I hope he won’t mind):
HIM: Alam mo technique
isulat mo lang ang isang sentence
then afterward
hanapin mo ang SUBJECT
then ang VERB
yun lang
den dagdagan mo nalang
Ang saya saya ko bumagsak ang IMPEACHMENT
hehheeme: maybe I know that principle but since I am not used to speak or write in english kaya ako nagkakamali …wahehehehe tama ba namang mag ingles ako
lanya ka
masaya ka?HIM: Yes
I am pro arroyome: bakit?
a okeyHIM: Kasi yang mag nag aatungal na yan
walang ginawa kundi umatungal
but the progressive blocks I beg to disagree
tama ba ingles ko?
lol
heheheheheHIM: Hidni ko naintinidhan sinabi mo
me: hehehehe never mind
HIM: Here is the thing
we all want to be DEMOCRATIC
at sumusunod sa LAW
rightme: okey
HIM: Sadly, walang magagawa ang pinagdadaldal nya dyan
In between our conversation, I was also busy reading a friendster blog entry made by this girl named Sig who happened to visit my site in search of awit ng petty-B mp3. She didn’t find the mp3 here but she posted her own version of awit ng petty-B since she saw that I want the exact lyrics in my post.
The girl wasn’t discussing about impeachment, democracy or law on her entry, but what caught my attention was she blogged about her first hand experience of military killing of his friend….an unlawful political killing which happened during my friend’s beloved president’s regime.
I can’t understand why this government and their supporters are boasting about law while it’s very obvious that they are fraudulent and will do anything even hampering the law, just to make sure that they will stay in the office.
I can’t understand why they natters about democracy while some individual who’s just voicing out his or her political belief were gun shots or abducted.
Speaking of law, I am just repeating myepinoy’s question, who’s responsible to this unlawful doings?
I would definitely not ask the GOD that GMA said who put her to presidency.
