Dumbell exercises (chest, biceps, triceps —-3 sets of 10 everyday, 2.5 to 5 kgs. for a starter)
threadmil (walk or run for 15 to 30 minutes a day)
different exercises to reduce excess fats (mostly sa tummy and legs)
I haven’t thought that I will enjoy every minute of my time spending in the gym. Grabeh! nakakaadik pala talaga. I have found a sense of fulfillment (narinig ko ito dati kay jackie lou blanco) after mag work-out.
Matagal ko ng plan ang mag gym since free naman ito dito sa condo, pero inaabot ako ng katamaran, lalo na at nag-iisa lang naman akong pupunta sa clubhouse. Thanks sa bro ni bayaw na gym enthusiast, na nagturo sa akin ng iba’t ibang exercises para mag loose ng fats and of course weight lifting …. i so lovin it. Yun nga lang bawas na ang time sa blogging.
